[Request plugin] Plugin plays sound when...

Looking for a plugin that could play a sound when the rat runs out of Essence.

Obviously not CONSTANTLY. but just maybe once every x seconds when the rat is below % essence for x seconds or more... something to that effect.
Currently have an mp4 file that i would like to use, but also curious if we could just edit our own.

There is a plugin for that.
I have downloaded it several seasons ago and don't remember the author.
The name was something about "resource" as it watch primary and secondary resources.
