I suggest that perhaps the setting on the board to allow only a certain amount of a particular user group (lazy leechin lowbies) on the board at any one time. Just a thought.

I think that:
1. Only allow external image hosting (Like image shack, they enforce this on another forum i am a member of)
2. Restrict the amount of pages unregistered users can see. The same for leechers (like myself).
3. Dont allow hosting of files on the forums (external ones only)

The problem is theres an overflow of people visiting the forums each day, and the server cant handle it (Presumably) which is why we are constantly getting 'Server busy' errors and very slow loading times.

Great idea, why should everyone else suffer because the site is constantly full of leechers every day?
