Istvans Buff Tracker?

Im looking through the SnoPowerList to add buffs to track, however, i cant seem to find the Istvans Blades buff (Istvan's Paired Blades | Diablo Wiki | FANDOM powered by Wikia). The sno power list doesnt seem to have any set items buff, how can i find the necessary information (<Shown buff name>, <Sno>, <Icon count>, <A brush>) to add it ?

how did you figure out thats the number for future reference? In the snopowerlist thats some random ring apparently?
