Health Potion timer goes wild

Sometimes my health potion timer goes over 30 sec cooldown limit and is typically over way 9000 seconds.

This happens now and then and is not a big problem, just annoying cosmetic thing.
Health potion remaining cooldown cooldown calculation uses Hud.Game.CurrentGameTick, maybe server resets it unexpectedly or something?
But all skill cooldowns are calculated in the same way and this is only that has problems.

This is an old bug.
