1. Set your hometown to IF
2. Use your hearthstone (alternatively throw away your hearthstone)
3. Go into the AH and stand on the table right of the middle auctioneer.
4. Face the auctioneers stand and select the auctioneer
5. Now go into the GM help options and select Unstuck - > Auto unstuck

If you did it correctly you should be standing on the auctioneers stand.
Toggle walk speed, and move as close to the wall you can without falling down behind the stand.
Jump a couple of times and you will be standing inside the banner, mid air over the auctioneer.

Pretty funny when everyone whispers you 'how do you get up there!??! O_O teach plx'
