    Better THUD compiler error messages

If plugin is placed in wrong folder, you got following error message:
    Code:
2019.01.26 11.20.08.943	19.1.25.1	error while compiling the plugins (System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.
       at Turbo.Basic.PluginManager.*‏‬*‎‫‪‬*‎*‪‏*‫*‫*‎‪***‏‪*(CSharpCodeProvider , CompilerParameters , AppDomain , String[] ))
For new users this might be too obscure to tell what to do to fix this.

If it is easy to catch this and check plugin namespace against plugin folder a more informative message could be given.

At least offending plugin name (and folder) should be given with error message.

    Too generic of an error.

You need to do a fresh install while keeping the old plugins in a different folder and search for the file names here.
Collect what you can; Then run it to make sure all the new plugins work, then one by one add the missing plugins
to see if they throw exceptions.
