Elite highlighting Plugin?

Hi,

Ive been searching for about an hour now and haven't been able to find what I am looking for. Is there an addon that puts a circle or highlights in some manner the elites? Primarily want the main golden elite, and all 3 blues (what it takes to get the globes).

I find in really dense packs its difficult to attack what I want with my single target spells. (zMONK, punching)
