Turn of some functions

Hello all !

I'm new, as a student my laptop is not so good as pc. When i turn on the turbo-hud diablo is getting 20-30fps so it is not worth.
How can i turn of some functions turbo hud. I'm intrested in showing elites and roads on the map, everything else i want to off. Can someone help me ?
