How to draw a radius around a character 50 m, should it also be visible on the minimap?

I tried to change the existing plugins, but nothing happened.

Check out my Hunter's vengeance plugin, the numbers are feet so to get 50m it will be 164,042 ft (I'm not sure you can see it on screen, but maybe on minimap)

Need only circle on minimap.
I found out that this code draws a circle, but I don’t understand how to make it work
