I paid em to level a 66 to 70 for me. 1 day later I get a 3 day suspension because they have been using the account to trade gold. Still trying ot get muy $$ back.

Now you have to be very dumb to do this to a new customer and when you have just launched.

They are so dumb they didnt even think to mail me and come up wit hsome excuse before I found out and now im getting the old - "we speak to manager and gid flee flied lice ok yes man" every time I speak to them.

Seriously stay clear of them or at least pay with a CC so you can get your $$ back. They will go down soon.
