Hello Guys

i need some one help getting back my account, i bought level 30 account 6 months ago and now the seller changed my account login detail
my issues is i dont have the gmail account access for PTC account. i reached out to nantic they took all my information and they validate me and told me the gmail is which is connect to PTC account and they provide me the facebook login email
all they saying contact google and change the password for the gmail and loging to PTC and change the email and password

my problem is how im gonna do this?
will google let me recovery password for some one else gmail?
did any one had issues like this and got solved ??

after 6 months i made to 37 and i have all my friends in my playlist also form june to nov i knew where i was playing where i caught the shinies and hundo
will that help me to recover ??

Why can't Niantic just allow us to change email directly instead of sending another confirmation to the originally registered email?
