Okey this guide wil learn you HOW to make an own, very own, custom mount,
for this i will make the amani War Bear into an Normal Brown Bear!
First find an spell on Wowhead: It's like a bag with unlimited slots, only for databases.
I took the Amani War Bear
" Amani War Bear - Spells - World of Warcraft "
Look for an line that says
Code:
Effect #1 | Apply Aura: Mounted (24379)
go into your DB now search under Creature_names for the id
This is how it is in your DB :
Code:
*ENTRY : 24379
*NAME : Amani War Bear
*SUBNAME :
*MouseFlags : 0
*FLAGS1 : 0
*TYPE : 10
*FAMILY : 0
*RANK : 0
*unk4 : 0
*SPELLDATAID : 0
*Male_Displayid : 22464
*Female_Displayid : 22464
*Male_Displayid2 : 0
*Female_Displayid2 : 0
*Unknown Float 1 : 1
*Unknown Float 2 : 1
*Civilian : 0
*Leader : 0
then go ingame and spawn an npc that you can mount!
For this i shall use : Brown Bear - NPCs - World of Warcraft
then go ingame, type
then go on him and type
you will see in yellow "Displayid : 982"
try to mount it with the .mount command
-If you do not mount right or do not mount as intended, go back and search for an other cool model!
-If you do mount and you like it how you mount, you should cntrl+copy the displayid (982) go back to the DB
Go into Creature_names and search for
then you will see the normal amani war bear!
Edit
Code:
*ENTRY : 24379
*NAME : Amani War Bear
*SUBNAME :
*MouseFlags : 0
*FLAGS1 : 0
*TYPE : 10
*FAMILY : 0
*RANK : 0
*unk4 : 0
*SPELLDATAID : 0
*Male_Displayid : 22464
*Female_Displayid : 22464
*Male_Displayid2 : 0
*Female_Displayid2 : 0
*Unknown Float 1 : 1
*Unknown Float 2 : 1
*Civilian : 0
*Leader : 0
to
Code:
*ENTRY : 24379
*NAME : Amani War Bear
*SUBNAME :
*MouseFlags : 0
*FLAGS1 : 0
*TYPE : 10
*FAMILY : 0
*RANK : 0
*unk4 : 0
*SPELLDATAID : 0
*Male_Displayid : 982
*Female_Displayid : 982
*Male_Displayid2 : 0
*Female_Displayid2 : 0
*Unknown Float 1 : 1
*Unknown Float 2 : 1
*Civilian : 0
*Leader : 0
now .reloadtable creature_names, and the next time you mount on an amani war bear you wil actualy mount an normal bear!
*EDIT* You can do this with all displayid's, as long as there are enough mounting spells!
