Bought Elite, not working

i've purchased elite and its still asking me to upgrade account. i didnt get a pm but i got emails from paypal confirming the purchase was made, whats my next step?

Are you referring to "Donator" which gives you access to the elite section? Please keep in mind that you are donating to support the forums, not to get something in return.

When the transaction is completed, your account will be automatically upgraded.
