Putting A section for emulation/model editing releases

The emulator server discussion forum is mixed with releases and questions. A release seperate the questions and requests from the releases. Same thing for model editing.

all sections are a bit mixed up if you check

wowemuhacker for example is always posted in emu programs while it should be in hack programs >< Yes you have to bump the good topics sometimes... well that is life xD

The sections are fine as they are, there is no real need to add to them.

WoWEmuHacker is made for Emulation servers, people just find ways to use it on live, so it does belong in Emulator Programs.

And yeah, it is highly unlikely any changes will be made to the Model Editing and Emulation sections.
