You know the problem. A patch (for e.g. patch 2.3) comes out and you want to have the new items in your DB (thats why Cret0r is back). So what do you do?
You guess a range of IDs, where this items could be stored and than Creat0r gives you a SQL-file with all items with the newest stats wich are stored in this range (using information from allakhazam) in English, German, Spanish... Chiniese - it's up to you. A preview is included. Up to 10000 items can be created at once. If there are creaturelootinformation, you can create a sql-file for them too. You just have to import the SQL-file into your DB and that's all...
By the way, some items for 2.3 are included as an example since the release of 0.5.2 (11-21-2007)..

this is posted by Soulfire on ascentemu.com,i tested it and it works !
this is a dam nice tool to extract info from allakhazam.com, so new 2.3 items? just check the IDrange on allakhazam and put the numbers in program, the program will make you a sql querie to insert them into your DB
credits go to soulfire !
usage: go to wow.allakhazam.com, check for new items... check the ID range and put the ID range in the program
so for example item: "Dazling Longsword" is a new imba item and you want to add it... you search allakhazam and you come to this link
hxxp://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=869;source=live
869 = the itemID so in the program in IDrange put: 869 - 869
program makes a insert query and voila done !
if you want to add more items just put range bigger
