Buying 4.5m (for mount obviously)

I'm looking to buy this in one purchase. I believe absorbing a guild would be the best method for this? As well as on another wow account (attached to my main's b.net?)

We can use a middle man - whatever is needed, but only buying from a trusted seller and it must be indefinitely less than wow token prices currently.
