Check if the person is a known scammer

Is there any fast way that you guys know of to check if the guy previously was labelled as scammer on ownedcore?. There is a scammer report section but its structured into separate posts upon 50+ pages which is basicly unreal to check one by one.
Is it possible to do it faster than manually checking, or if not - do you guys have any plans to make any sort of centralized database on confirmed scammers so that if i (or anyone else) am about to trade with someone i could check his background or atleast make sure he didn't already scam someone (majority of scammers i personally encountered were all borrowing their mother's paypal account so its highly unlikely they will be able to keep scamming here once their paypal would be highlighted in such a list).
