Emojis not working for new Thread-Titles ...

Waiting now for more than 48h for an fix ...

Everytime i create a thread with any kind of emoji it transform into "?".

Cant be active and creating good looking thread titles at the most important time to sell services right now -.-'

Everyone else who had old threads still got their emojis in title etc, but not for me when i create a new thread ...

Please fix this damn bug or give me some help to get if fixed
