Remove poison

I might be missing a thread where this was asked, but Im trying to get rid of poison (and all other unimportant) circles on the ground.

I would like to leave only oculus, sanctuary and similar, but remove damaging circles like explosion, poison, etc. In big trash clusters it creates chaos and impacts my GPU performace.

Forgot to mention, I use TCT, but am unsure if one of the options in there can remove this.
