convention of elements ring status counter

Hi guys!
I just noticed that I cannot see the COE ring status counter for my party members (and for myself) any more.
It used to work before, is this a plugin or core functionality?

Try a clean install. You use the old version of this default plugin.

Thanks. A clean install does solve it
I compared it with the old version and yes this plugin has been modified since then.
