Crash right after clicking .exe

Guys! Maybe someone can help me or redirect to some other source. I have 0xc0000005 crash error right after using exe file.
Win 7 sp1, dirrectx and .net is propper version, run as admin, d3 is running etc etc. Antivirus is off, no files in carantin.
What else can cause this problem?

Windows 64bit ofc?
Try to install Download Platform Update for Windows 7 from Official Microsoft Download Center it is nesesery to use TH on W7.
