ISK (US$4 for 1B), PLEX (US$6 for 500) - Accepts PayPal only

Normally I will sell ISK with US$4 per 1B for new customers and small amounts, but I can offer as low as US$3.3 per 1B for large amount buyer (at least 100B).

My only requirement is that you must pay first in PayPal (with Purchase Protection). Yeah I know this protection is weak, but weak protection is still better than no protection...

PayPal have Purchase Protection function that buyer can request a refund if the items not delivered, so it is very reasonable to pay first with PayPal.
As for the MM and playerauctions? I have heard too many complains about that thing on the internet.

So goldsevice IS a scammer...
Both he and I don't want to pay first, so I suggest we do multiple small transfers (1 Bil at a time), and I pay first...
As expected, after I have sent ISK to him, he just blocked me and gone offline...
Small little scammer...

P.S. I only lost 1 Bil to him, which is only 1/1000 of all my ISKs.
