Who could I talk with about my 2FA

I did backup what I thought was my recovery key but Authy isn't liking it..

Lucky for me my home PC is still logged in so I'd like to try to resolve it if I can :-D

Ideally I could just go into my profile & get the QR to pop again to migrate to a new device.. even though it's the same device but it's a stupid story on why I find myself in this position..

Yeah I figured I'd wait for one of them to respond since I've noticed people have gotten pretty sensitive about being contacted directly.
