    A hack that lets me change factions?

    Is there a hack that would make me friendly(not just neutral, but even same factionid) as some NPCs? Not a horde or alliance friendly hack or vice versa but rather a hack that would let me be friendly to factions that are normally completely hostile to you and arent in the faction tab list? Like maybe through cheatengine?(idk if cheatengine is even applicable to wow anymore) I could pay for it if such possible hacks can be made(depending on the price ofc)
