DX version selection

When the parameter is Level_11_1,Level_12_0,Level_12_1 HUD cannot work
exception logs:

2017.11.20 19:47:05.621 error while initializing overlay (SharpDX.SharpDXException: HRESULT: [0x80070057], Module: [General], ApiCode: [E_INVALIDARG/Invalid Arguments], Message: 参数错误。

在 SharpDX.Result.CheckError()
在 SharpDX.Direct3D11.Device.CreateDevice(Adapter adapter, DriverType driverType, DeviceCreationFlags flags, FeatureLevel[] featureLevels)
在 SharpDX.Direct3D11.Device.CreateWithSwapChain(Adapter adapter, DriverType driverType, DeviceCreationFlags flags, FeatureLevel[] featureLevels, SwapChainDescription swapChainDescription, Device& device, SwapChain& swapChain)
在 Turbo.Basic.Overlay..ctor(IController )
在 Turbo.Basic.EngineBase..ctor(ConfigBase , HotkeyConfigBase ))

These parameters worked before, and they didn't work on a version (the last few updates)
I didn't see any changes for the DX in the update log

thats a DX error, nothing to do with HUD

It appears since the 17.11.3 version
Win7, win8, win10 the same problem
