How to disable item fadeout

Once upon a time it was very easy to config turbohud . The worst function off the app is the item fadeout that doesnt know shit about diablo .
HOW DO I REMOWE THAT SHIT? LIKE FOREVER AND EVER.
I searched the forum for help but no threads. and i dont understand why

My sound is not working either so cant hear gobs and legendary drops.

Plugins > Default > Inventory > InventoryAndStashPlugin.cs > Scroll down to the Enabled settings
