What are the beeps indicating?
how can i disable them?

It's a new plugin introduced with the latest version. The best way to disable it is to go into Plugins/User/PluginEnablerOrDisabler.cs and add this line :

// Turn off Cooldown Sound Player
Hud.TogglePlugin<CooldownSoundPlayerPlugin>(false);
