17.11.3, 17.11.4, 17.11.4.1 has stopped working on some users's OS

For info, i use Windows 10 PRO x64, tested TH 17.11.4.1 (7.4) on 32 & 64bits,... ALL IS GOOD
(Actually, i use D3 and TH in x64)

Today, a win10 (1709) user has the same problem, and 17.10.23 works normally(The lower left corner indicates expiration)
17.11.3, 17.11.4, 17.11.4.1 version, run TurboHUD.exe after a few seconds, the process disappears (no log),It doesn't even show "stop working."
This symptom is in line with.Net damage or not installed,But not at all. I'll make sure he's installed
Try to use 32 bit& 64 bit, the same problem
