can't access turbohud

Has anyone gotten this message before when installing it for the first time? if so, what is the fix at the moment so that it could work. I've tried a clean install, but doesn't work from my end. Also, how do I get it to work with my battletag?

I am running d3 and turbo on the 32 bit rather than 64 bit as well. This version I downloaded is the recent one

You are running an older (unsupported) version of TH. You need up get the latest version.

I did try to update it to the latest version, but I don't think it worked.

I downloaded this version and removed my previous one: (17.10.23.0 (v7.3) STABLE for Diablo III 2.6.0.4656 32 bit. I downloaded it because I thought it was most recent update
