Is it possible to show % cumulatively losing life for Necro's passive Blood is Power menu

    Is it possible to show % cumulatively losing life for Necro's passive Blood is Power

    Blood is Power

    After cumulatively losing 100% of your maximum Life, all ability cooldowns are reduced by 20%. This effect cannot reduce an ability's cooldown more than once for each time that ability is used.


    Is it possible for TH to show the current cumulatively losing life for Necro's skill Land of the Dead and Simulacrum?

    It's probably difficult to find out how much % of blood it need.

    As far as I know, this passive skill isn't caculated correctly in D3 server, such as you lose 50% and regain 30% immediately, and it may only take 20% into account.

    Maybe this bug had been fixed by blizzard.

    But it's still fine to know if this power has taken affect.

    I believe it's only the cumulative loss of HP before mitigation that's taken into account. Much less actual (post mitigation) %HP loss will be required for the full effect of BiP.
    BiP appears to reduce skill cooldowns in ticks, activating only once per skill on its cooldown, and is calculated for as long as the passive is in effect. Hence, it is unlikely that there is a going to be a global "buff" that is activated. In other words, it might be most useful that the plugin to have each skill that is on cooldown displaying an indicator (perhaps a red frame around the skill button or a drop of blood on the skill) when that particular skill has achieved the full effect of BiP.
