Yes it is, it's just that by spreading some of the guides, you break Joana's rules, and he/she make's it unusable online. Hence the message.
I'm sure it's perfectly in order.

From the areas I've checked, this is identical to the old v1.13 guide. Given the XP and quest XP speedup in 2.3 I find it very odd that the guide would tell you to do all the same quests and not skip any.

Guys Joanas still did not update his guide for patch 2.3 only brain did... and the site does not show any sign they will update it... (man it will suck that they have to redo that video of 1-60 again lol)
