Goblin TTS not working

No exceptions.

The default gob plugin has enable speak as true.

Shrine TTS, Drops TTS work fine.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

GloblinPlugin.EnableSpeak is false by default

If there was a "speak event" in the last 5 seconds before the goblin appears, there will be no speak action for the goblin
It is a global rule, that HUD does not speak more ofter than 5 seconds:

if (EnableSpeak && (goblin.LastSpeak == null) && Hud.LastSpeak.TimerTest(5000))

It wasn't this issue.

It is caused probably from Styckz's plugin in which there is a Goblinplugin and possibly overrides the default one. So probably there should be added a TTS option in there? I don't know.

edit : i just copied/pasted the "speak" part from default plugin to Styckz's one and all work fine.
