Problems with 17.9.1.0 (v7.3)

Don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but for me this version is not working properly.
For starters upon firing the executable , i get the windows defender pop up ( wasn't happening for the previous version).
Then when I by pass that ( even put it on white list), in game, the hud is just working as a map hack - that s the only feature I get, seeing the map pre discovedry, no elites showing on map, no named legendaries on the ground, no cool down timers , not even the A and P letter on ancient and legendary primal.
Then to top it off - at around the 5 minute mark -0 I get a pc crash - its not always after 5 mins, but its not too deep into the session - apart from that with the hud the game feel extremely choppy - something is definitely off.
I've tried both versions - 64 and 32 bit - and with both versions I get the Turbohud on the bottom left corner as if its working , but as I said it feel really off.

Anone else experience this? and any suggestions pls?

new and clean install or did you copy over old content?

never used warden protection so i guess no!
