    Unable to retrieve latest version info

    Just bought a new pc, installed d3 and thud, created a folder to exclude thud from scans, opened d3 and start THud, program opens just fine but i keep getting the error "No Connection with dashboard! Unable to retrieve latest version info for TurboHUD."

    Like I say, I literally just got the pc today and downloaded everything, its the Stable 32 bit version added by KJ 4 weeks ago.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Edit... 32 bit version of THud and D3 I get the above mentioned error...

    64 bit THud and D3 works just fine. Guess I'll be using 64 bit.

    Still wouldnt mind an answer on the 32 bit issue though

    For testing purposes started 32 bit again and there is no problem.

    Are you sure you didn't start PTR?
    Or maybe D3 a second time.

    I'm certain it wasn't PTR,
    A. I don't even have D3 PTR on my PC, never play it.
    B. TurboHUD 17.7.23.0 (v7.3) STABLE for Diablo III 2.6.0.46568 (DX11, 32 bit) was my downloaded version.

    Also, D3 wasn't running a 2nd time, it was my first attempt at opening D3/THud on new pc, just to make sure everything worked.

    Thanks for trying to help troubleshoot. I'm stumped why 32 bit doesnt run, but 64 beta version runs no problem. Never ever had any issues with THud before

    I am getting a similar error unable to connect with dashboard with both the 32bit and 64bit versions. I have removed and reinstalled both versions same error. Was working fine earlier today.

    Connection to dashboard has no influence on the functionality. This message only tells that dashboard server is down.

    No need to reinstall
