got a lot of positive reputation on epvp with a lot of customer feedbacks
the account does not come with the email. but i'm paypal verified and got a few vouchers.
Also i use paypal for transactions so we are both on the safe side. In case i would recharge, what i will not do you can still open a dispute on Paypal.
Anyway i'm only trading with trusted guys on ownedcore or with people that are willing to pay first tho.
Middleman would be also a viable option if you pay the fee.
