Turbohud issue

I have a problem with the 4 piece from Trag'ouls set. When Turbohud is activated i can't see the icon from "swollen". When i have Turbohud disabled over F4 i can see it. And when i only have 2 buffs at same time one from both is the health potion icon from 4 piece set. But the Convention of elements shows 2 times the same buff and the buffs from Travellers Pledge interupt the game to show me the healthpotion buff from 4 piece set too. The second Convention of elements icon appear when i have the icon swollen from 4 piece set. But the second convention of element is in front of the swollen buff.
