Only bottom player has dps bar

I haven't messed with anything much besides turning a few things off. Did I mess something up in the proces?

This is what I have in the PluginEnabler

No matter what, only the bottom player has a dps bar. I believe that it's the portrait bottom stats but I haven't messed with it. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Edit: Just tried a fresh install of TH and this issue is still there. I am also unable to track other players dps in the large dps hud that can be switched on.
