Lvl 40 accounts

I want to buy level 40 Mystic accounts. I will pay what you ask for the account, as long as it meets the following specifications:

1. The account must not be shadowbanned. Rare pokemon must be visible.

2. The account must not have a warning message from niantic.

3. The account must have the starter pokemon selected already. This is to avoid you selling me an account that is level 40, but still has not had a starter selected, and will be shadowbanned and probably full-banned within a few days.

4. You must give me a refund within 24 hours at my request if I am not satisfied that the above requirements have been met.
