Yes, you will get banned instantly. I did a test of injecting, launching a match, and then leaving. I didn't get a single kill and then logged onto my steam account an hour later and realized I was banned. I did everything they said for the guide and still got banned. They will say a lot are not getting banned yet no one is able to show proof of using the cheat at all.
