    Looking for a skilled developer.

Hi, I am currently developing a hack for Overwatch and in need of a skillful developer who can do the following things.

I am looking for someone who can change the outlines of the enemy, originally red to green. (example here: Hack - Album on Imgur)
If someone is able to help me with this, I can guarantee the best hack will be made in the overwatch scene right now.
Please contact me if you are capable!

    Thank you!

    Looking for a skilled developer.

I don't think you would need a skilled developer for this :/ assuming you can already code your own hacks. I suggest take a look at OpenCV or GDI

Finding contours in your image — OpenCV 2.4.13.2 documentation

    OpenCV: Thresholding Operations using inRange

    there you go.

will still remain pixel related, thus bad. meanwhile you could read Operating Systems: Three Easy Pieces and you ll be able to do something decent and undetected as long as you dont show off
