Unidentified item name on ground

I may be wrong, but wasn't there an option to enable unidentified legendaries/sets to have their name shown when they drop on the ground prior to being identified?

If so, is this option still available and how do I enable it? I believe it was posted on how to fix this issue on the old Turbohud forums but since they are down, I can't look it up again.

Maybe you need to rename PluginEnablerOrDisablerPlugin.txt
