Exe wont run

hello ive tried alot of things through all the forums but i cannot get the exe to run at all, it doesnt show up in the process tree for task manager or anything.
ive downloaded alot of times and tried with fresh folders. ive ran in admin mode for d3 and turbo hud. ive checked all of the things it says on the setup page and it still wont run. i have windows 7. am i missing something?

On W7 you need to install platform update.
Diablo started in 32bit mode?
Diablo in windowed/fullscreen windowed mode?

There are lots of possibilities to stop TH from running. Let us know what you find in TH logs folder.

thanks for the replies i have diablo 3 in 32 bit mode and i have tried fullscreen and fullscreen/windowed mode and ive also installed the windows 7 platform update im not sure what RATed means sorry. thank you for your help so far

thanks for the reply i have tried everything i could find in there and still nothing ive given it some time aswell just to see could you be more specific on what in the comprehensive troubleshoot i should be looking at? also i did use that before posting but thanks anyway

Maybe your.Net is damaged, try to reinstall the latest 4.6.2
