Cant get Turbohud.exe to extract

So I have downloaded turbohud before and it extracted just fine. I was putting it on my new laptop and I made exclusions for the folder and the process Turbohud.exe. Even still for some reason the file will not extract. All of the other files will but the Turbohud.exe will not. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you fix it

I've had the problem before. It was entirely due to my anti-virus. And it kept happening even after I made the exclusions.

What I ended up doing was downloading the .zip, creating an exclusion for the .zip file and for the folder that I was extracting it into, then deleting the .zip and re-downloading it. I think the anti-virus may have stripped the .exe out of the .zip on download before I had created my exclusion. Once I had the new .zip file, I extracted it just fine.
