TTS is not working with ruRU

Hi, i have a problem with new speak feature :


On my machine it's working with enEN, deDE.. but not with ruRU
but
the same my TH config with same plugins is working on the different machine with ruRU

my machine - win7 ultimate sp1 ru
other machine - win10 pro ru


Do anyone have same problem ?
Do anyone have any ideas how to solve it? )

Searching in the 'System.Speech' namespace i didn't found anything about this case.

Can you check the voice (language) installed in your Text to Speech settings (in windows control panel) on both computers ?

Account - Works when Language Selection is English
However, it does not work when the Account - Language Selection is set to Korean

Data - selected_language.txt is not relevant

yep, u r right: my windows 7 has only english language text to speech, other machine has also russian and some more

case closed i suppose

Account - Language Selection is English Update
After updating
It will work if you update and run Korea again

I'm inconvenient to do this

Not totally sure to understand you fully : it works for you too ?

I did this when I used TurboHud in the original version Diablo 3

The sound application problem works the same way

As a conclusion,
Upgrading English
After re-upgrading the country language again

This works well when I work on it

This is inconvenient TT
