Yesterday i crafted some hellfire amulets. Two of them was ancient

One of them show wrong in the inventory. Without the red A

After restart TurboHud it shows correct.

This BUG only happens on Hellfire amulets?

I didn't make a lot of Hellfire amulets, but I didn't find this BUG on other items

I also came across this sometimes, but IDK how to "reproduce" the bug.
I also found a reverse-bug for this. When crafting yellow rings to upgrade them in Kanai's Cube, the "A" sometimes appears on yellow rings. More than that, one time i experienced a yellow number in the top left, as if it had a legendary gem socketed in it.
