Hi, I know you mean well and want to help out to make this repack better, but bug reports need to be submitted on the github page.
I've looked into it for you though. This is indeed not working correctly in v21.

v21 was released on 09-08-2022. This issue was reported already on github and it appears to already be fixed.

When I kill Moora in quest A Final Blow the server doesn't recognize that the quest is completed (Salias death is recognized and I also got Shadow Lord Fel'dan's Head). Any ideas how to complete this quest?

Ok, quest id is 5242 according to .lookup quest a final blow. When I type .quest complete 5242 I'm getting "There is no such subcommand". Tried it ingame and in World Server console (account is set to level 3 via account set gmlevel).

It works, try to fogure it out, your target needs to be yourself, so u complete quest for yourseelf. Target yourself use command lookup quest then in chat it will say of u habe that quest, bcz there are chain quests with same name, or maybe ir bag is full or something lots of factors needs to be counted in

Ok, this was a strange one. The ingame command .lookup quest a final blow showed as completed. So I went to quest giver (was in dungeon) and I could finish the quest.
Here is how it looked ingame:

Maybe an issue with HermesProxy.

Anyway, thanks a lot. Learned something more.
