1) TurboMGR is no longer maintained. I don't think anybody uses it anymore.
2) The armory set names are limited to 13 characters by HUD, because in EU the maximum length you can specify in-game is 13 character. I'll increase it in next release.
3) I don't understand BUG 3.

TurboMGR easy to find Items,I think it's very convenient
However, the benefits may be far less than it is to maintain it

BUG 3: Like this item “Manald Heal”. It doesn't have a legendary effect in the old version, After D3 has added a new legend effect to it, the old items will not be updated, But it will display a Cube Icon
If the trouble can not solve it, you can ignore it, it does not have much impact

Oh i love it and it's always startet. So awesome for finding itmens an look at inventory from other chars.
Maybe there exists another tool, i don't know.

Nah, you just need to uncheck the attachment checkbox when you insert an image link.

OK. I updated the "value" resolution logic a bit, so it will be OK for newer stuff as well.

HUD does not recognize the "older" versions of items (which does not have legendary powers yet). This was always the situation.
Solving it is just too complex. Get rid of the old items, and your problem will be solved automatically

I'm glad you solved the value bug of the affix
But there seems still bug for legend power value

In addition, some affixes are not localized
