Help with setting offsets for Aimbots (2560-1440)

Got a new monitor recently and not able to use any of my programs. I can't seem to set the offsets to where they hit the target they just shoot at the floor now. If i use my old monitor it works fine. Could someone help me understand how the off sets for x n y are calculated? or better yet someone with my aspect ratio who successfully uses on could share their x n y numbers id be very great ful.
