[US] [Horde] Heroic Nighthold boost

Hard to find the US boosters among the many more EU boosters.

Wanting a boost that will not charge me extra for self play. I do not want to account share and I am very capable of suiciding if the group is worried about mechanic screw ups.

Prefer ML but PL is on the table due to ML being harder to find and even harder to find at a reasonable price (good prices I've found that don't charge extra for basically every piece of loot are booked for a while).
