Server browser coming to Overwatch / powerleveling now possible?

Yesterday Jeff Kaplan talked about upcoming feature for Overwatch: The server browser, Developer Update | Introducing The Server Browser (EU) - YouTube (possibly already in PTR?)

I'm wondering if this will make it easier to powerlevel accounts because you can now earn experience and lootboxes in customs games.

We'd see Team Fortress 2-type idling for hats. Hopefully it will be untouched as it doesn't hurt the in-game economy due to no trading is possible.
They'll see a rise in player numbers I believe and those who are desperate to finish their idling by buying more lootboxes so they can finally get all the cosmetics they wanted.

However 'glamour' accounts will start showing up and sell for a lot more.

You can't stop idling as it's very easy program.

It seems that customs games give like 50% of the exp that quick play and competetive gives.
